Room 3 – Upstairs – A recently renovated treatment room featuring a unique lime-wash wall finish and extraction air vents. This room does NOT include a sink. so NO clinical / aesthetics treatments in this room. Suitable for many treatments that do not require in room plumbing. UNFURNISHED

Private Downstairs Room – A spacious treatment room located on the ground floor behind a curtain. The room includes a window for natural light, central heating, and connects directly to the shared kitchen and main waiting area, making it ideal for professionals needing a larger workspace or those with clients who cannot use stairs.

Nail Desk – Nail workstation available within the studio, suitable for nail technicians. Potential to add a pedicure station.
