Event space hire:

The beautifully designed downstairs studio is available to hire for events and classes such as; Yoga, Pilates, Sound baths, Meditation, Breathwork, Workshops and Creative Wellness. With a large open floor space, calming interiors, ambient lighting and a peaceful private atmosphere, the space is ideal for group sessions, healing practices, retreats and intimate gatherings. Flexible layouts make it perfect for mats, sound baths, circles and workshops, with weekday, evening and weekend availability.

Evenings (after 6pm): from £30 per hour
Weekend Hire: from £35 per hour

Room 1 – Upstairs- A bright treatment room with a natural light window, built-in sink with cupboards, and room to place your own desktop/ counter space/ storage/ equipment. The room also has central heating, making it a comfortable and practical workspace.

• £180 per month – 1 set day per week
• £250 per month – 2 set days per week
• £300 per month – 3 set days per week
• £470 per month – Full-time exclusive use (7 days per week access)

Room 2 – Upstairs – NO LONGER AVAILABLE – FULLY RENTED.

Room 3 – NO LONGER AVAILABLE ON FRIDAYS Upstairs – A recently renovated treatment room featuring a unique lime-wash wall finish and extraction air vents. This room does not include a sink or central heating but is suitable for many treatments that do not require in room plumbing.

• £160 per month – 1 set day per week
• £210 per month – 2 set days per week
• £280 per month – 3 set days per week
• £420 per month – 6 days per week access

Private Downstairs Room – A spacious treatment room located on the ground floor. The room includes a window for natural light, central heating, and connects directly to the shared kitchen and main waiting area, making it ideal for professionals needing a larger workspace or those with clients who cannot use stairs.

• £290 per month – 2 set days per week
• £360 per month – 3 set days per week
• £550 per month – Full-time exclusive use (7 days per week access)

Nail Desks (x2) – Nail workstation available within the studio, suitable for nail technicians looking to work within a collaborative beauty environment. Potential to add a pedicure station.
