Priority given to professionals who can take both spaces immediately.

Room 1 – Upstairs- A bright treatment room with a natural light window, built-in sink with cupboards, and room to place your own desktop/ counter space/ storage/ equipment. The room also has central heating, making it a comfortable and practical workspace.

Room 2 – Upstairs – A bright treatment room with a natural light window, built-in sink with cupboards, shared with the owner. Beauty chair already installed & shelves.

  • Part-Time (2 Days Per Week) First Month: £110 Then: £225 per month

Room 3 – (RESERVED FRIDAYS) Upstairs – A recently renovated treatment room featuring a unique lime-wash wall finish and extraction air vents. This room does not include a sink or central heating but is suitable for many treatments that do not require in room plumbing.

  • Part-Time (2 Days Per Week) First Month: £95 Then: £190 per month
  • Part-Time (4 Days Per Week) First Month: £175 Then: £350 per month

Private Downstairs Room – A spacious treatment room located on the ground floor. The room includes a window for natural light, central heating, and connects directly to the shared kitchen and main waiting area, making it ideal for professionals needing a larger workspace or those with clients who cannot use stairs.

  • Part-Time (2 Days Per Week) First Month: £130 Then: £260 per month
  • Full-Time (Unlimited Access) First Month: £260 Then: £525 per month

Nail Desk – Nail workstation available within the studio, suitable for nail technicians. Potential to add a pedicure station.
