Available Spaces

Room 1 – Upstairs- A bright treatment room with a natural light window, built-in sink, cupboards, and desktop counter space for storage and equipment. The room also has central heating, making it a comfortable and practical workspace.

Room 2 – Upstairs – A treatment room featuring a natural light window, built-in sink, and central heating. Ideal for beauty, therapy, or aesthetic services.

  • £180 per month – 1 set day per week
  • £250 per month – 2 set days per week
  • £300 per month – 3 set days per week
  • £470 per month – Full-time exclusive use (7 days per week access)

All options include your agreed set working days. Additional hours on other days may be possible by arrangement with studio management.

Room 3 – Upstairs – A recently renovated treatment room featuring a unique lime-wash wall finish, air vents, and central heating. This room does not include a sink but is suitable for many treatments that do not require plumbing.

  • £160 per month – 1 set day per week
  • £210 per month – 2 set days per week
  • £280 per month – 3 set days per week
  • £420 per month – Full-time exclusive use (7 days per week access)

All options include your agreed set working days. Additional hours on other days may be possible by arrangement with studio management.

Large Downstairs Room – A spacious open-plan treatment room located on the ground floor. The room includes a window for natural light, central heating, and connects directly to the shared kitchen and waiting area, making it ideal for professionals needing a larger workspace (there is plumbing options for backwash / hairdressing potential) 

  • £650 per month – Full-time exclusive use (7 days per week access)

Nail Desks (x2) – Two nail workstations available within the studio, suitable for nail technicians looking to work within a collaborative beauty environment.

  • £90 per month – 1 set day per week
  • £140 per month – 2 set days per week
  • £180 per month – 3 set days per week
  • £260 per month – Full-time use (7 days per week access)
